Tapestry Lunchbox

This superb looking lunchbox designed by Frederique Morrel, is  made from vintage tapestries. The design is based on the convenient format of a well known meal container for kids available at fast-food restaurants and folds flat.

Tapestry-Lunchbox

Each product is one of a kind, so its way too good for daily use. Which brings me to wondering why would you get it? Maybe by unfolding flat, you could stick it on the wall.

Superlarge Fluff Rabbit

This is the English Angora Rabbit. Apparently bred to develop all that hair. I’m all with nature for inspiration, but sometimes wonder about man’s intervention with that.

An Atomic Bomb

An Atomic Bomb exploding would have been one of those things you’ve seen in countless movies but its still an awe inspiring sight..

Dance Writer – Make the Dancer form your letters physically

If you like the idea of a male dancer forming letters at your beck and call, check out the Dance Writer.

Might take awhile to write your name, but I guess that’s missing the point.

Vespa Headlight Desk Lamps

These awesome vintage Vespa headlight lamps by Lamponi’s Lamps use vintage Vespa headlights and handlebars and would look stunning on any Vespa fan’s desk.

Vespa-Headlight-1

There is a range of Vespa lights to select from which are fully customisable with each and every unit being made to your requirements.

Vespa-Headlight-2

It takes 25 days for Lamponi Leopardi to make it. You’re gonna wanna need one of these real bad though as they cost from $1772 to $2044.

Sculpted Wooden Chair designed for men

If ever I saw a solid chair that looks like it would be comfortable, this would be it! Sculpted with the right negative parts, your bits would fit snugly as you park yourself down.

Dudechair

Not practical for women though eh? Especially pregnant women who need a seat. Or maybe the designer is trying to say its a man’s world (that needs rest).

Ctrl-Alt-Del Tea Set

Ideal for all tea drinking Windows users who are all too familiar with the key command Ctrl-Alt-Del comes this tea set.

Great product idea, just not sure you’d like to be reminded that you’re maybe forced to reboot when you’re trying to chill with a brew!

How Bold can Darth Vader be?

Ha! I thought this was funny as well as looking quite interesting as a Darth Vader made up of typography.

David Friedman of Ironic Sans had Princess Leia’s quote in mind when he developed this: “Darth Vader. Only you could be so bold.”

Penguin UK’s New 007 Covers

I do like these! Penguin UK re-released Ian Fleming’s James Bond classics earlier in the year with designs like the following. I think using these slinky, female characters seems to sum up the series quite well and the style seems to have a bit of that 70′s vibe.

Vintage Logos Collection

The logos below are from an excellent Flickr set showing a collection of vintage logos from a mid-70′s edition of the book World of Logotypes.

Shame its all in black and white, but I guess that kinda adds to the appeal.
